- the course is almost perfect green tees fairways and greens the only problem is some of the greens are pretty banged up the course is green from march to november grass starts dying towards the end of november cause its so cold in grants love manny and oscarI've been playing this course since it opened.
I haven't been there for about 4 years until today. the course has gone from a jewel to a goat track. every green is dead and the course is "browned out". I t used to be a destination for me when in the area, but no more!
Love Manny, he's one of a kind. Genuinely nice guy.
