The greens are soft and hold well for the average golfer. The greens are slow but are uniform and consistent. The fairways are in good condition with only a few areas that have dried out. The layout is fun to play with hills and valleys. The sand traps are filled with standard regional sand that once you get used to them are playable. I enjoyed today's round.
